Dickies Arena is a 14,000-seat, spectacular multipurpose venue located adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus in Fort Worth, Texas. The arena is owned by the City of Fort Worth and managed by the not-for-profit operating entity, Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC). The state-of-the-art arena will host concerts, sporting events, and is the new home to Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances.

Job Summary:

Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for a part-time Concessions Bar Back. This position is responsible for replenishing supplies, assisting with drink preparation, and ensuring smooth bar operations to deliver efficient and high-quality guest service.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Set up, maintain, and break down assigned location(s) at each event, ensuring all cleaning standards are met.
  • Assist with inventory, product restocking, and equipment needs.
  • Maintain proper pars within the assigned location(s).
  • Assist team members with the preparation of food and beverage products.
  • Run food efficiently and maintain a clean, organized service area.
  • Understand and ensure proper execution of responsible alcohol service.
  • Always maintain proper sanitation and food safety standards, following all health codes and company guidelines.
  • Help maintain and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items and their accompaniments.
  • Navigate the arena confidently and assist guests as needed.
  • Practice proper product control and responsible handling of all inventory and equipment.
  • Set up, maintain, and break down/clean concessions equipment to ensure proper use.
  • Support any other Food & Beverage departments as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in hospitality, food service, or bar support
  • Working in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to restock and organize inventory quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including – nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Employees will work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures. This includes working outdoors.
  • Employees must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Employees will regularly spend their shift standing/walking, traveling stairs, with limited to no sitting.
  • Employees may be exposed to high noise levels and/or fluctuating lights in event settings.
  • Employees may be exposed to sharp objects, machines with moving parts, heat from ovens, burners, steam, trays, etc.
  • Employees must have the ability to reach, lift, and bend to perform job duties throughout the shift.
